Case study

AGT Wood Route App

The software we designed for AGT Wood made truck entry into the OSB area planned and trackable through a queue-number app. Previously, loading, unloading and delivery processes were scattered across different tools, which forced field teams to follow the same operation in multiple places. We consolidated everything into one operations screen. Loading, unloading and delivery could now be tracked in real time, and for loads collected from the forest, key details like photo capture and route tracking were also added to management visibility. This removed the dependency on manual and third-party fragmented systems and turned operations into an integrated and reportable model.

CASE STUDY

Project overview

Problem: In AGT Wood operations, truck entry, loading, unloading and delivery were being tracked across different systems. In forest logistics, visual verification of the load and route tracking were also required, so manual follow-up was consuming time and increasing the risk of error.

Solution: We made truck entry into the OSB area planned through a queue-number application. Loading, unloading and delivery were all tracked in a real-time operations screen. For loads collected from the forest, we also added critical details like photo capture and route tracking to management visibility, making the operation visible not only in the field but also at headquarters. To reduce repeated manual checks, all processes were connected to a single data flow.

Result: The business moved from manual and fragmented third-party systems to a fully integrated, reportable operations management model. Teams worked with more control, managers could monitor the process from one screen and route optimization became more efficient. This case study is a strong reference for how we improved operational efficiency from forest logistics to OSB entry planning.
