Bonna Porcelain Web / App

The main goal of the web and mobile app built for Bonna Porcelain was to strengthen the brand's digital presence. We wanted users to do more than browse products; they should be able to create porcelain combinations that fit their own use cases. For that reason, we designed the platform as an interactive product discovery and conversion experience rather than a simple catalog. The Mix and Match feature allowed users to create personalized sets. Since the app was integrated with Bonna's in-house portal, product discovery and ordering were brought into the same flow. The result was a digital experience that both sparked creativity and drove sales.

Problem: Bonna wanted to present its products more strongly in the digital world and make users do more than just view items. A standard catalog experience was not enough to support personalized set creation and the path to ordering.

Solution: We designed the web and mobile app together and placed the Mix and Match feature at the center. Users could build porcelain sets that matched their own use cases, explore products easily and move into ordering through Bonna's in-house portal. Visual ordering, category depth and the product combination flow created an experience aligned with the brand identity.

Result: The final platform became a digital experience that both sparked creativity and drove sales. Bonna presented its products in a more interactive way while the discovery journey became shorter and the path to ordering became simpler.
