Rixos Bonus

The core need in the Rixos Bonus project was to build a reliable digital structure for managing reservation-based bonuses for agencies and operators. The existing infrastructure could not track reservations and points accurately, which made the process opaque for both operations and partners. We solved this by creating a web-based product architecture that pulls live data through PMS integration, verifies completed reservations and automatically calculates points. We also designed an in-hotel market screen so bonuses became not just a points table, but a usable value layer. In the end, the result was a transparent rewards system for agencies and operators, and a stronger loyalty loop for hotels that supports repeat bookings.

Project overview

Problem: Rixos Bonus needed a reliable way to track reservation-based bonuses for agencies and operators. The existing system could not verify completed reservations accurately, created inconsistencies in point calculations and offered little visibility to partners.

We also connected the in-hotel market scenario to the same platform so bonuses became more usable and the overall experience became easier to understand.

Result: The final structure created a transparent rewards system for agencies and operators. For hotels, loyalty management became more measurable; accurate reservation tracking, reliable point distribution and visible internal usage areas all helped strengthen customer loyalty.
